Gemsboks are mammals found in Africa.
The gemsbok is a large African antelope. It has a silvery-fawn body. It face, ears, belly, and legs are black and white. Its body is well adapted to saving water. It does not pant or sweat until its body temperature is more than 45°Celsius (117°Fahrenheit).
Gemsboks eat mostly grasses and low shrubs. They only eat at cool times of the day.

The gemsbok grazes when the sun is low in the sky.
