Deer are mammals found in most parts of the world. Deer are fast yet quiet animals. They can run up to 48 kilometers (30 miles) an hour. They eat plants.
Deer are not easy for enemies to see. The brown and white of a deer’s coat helps it hide in the forest.

If you are ever out in the woods alone and see one of these creatures with horns sprouting out of its head… This is a male deer and it WILL attack you to try to protect its mate and offspring. The best thing to do is back away slowly until it cannot see you.
