Seahorses are fish found in the Indian, Pacific, and Atlantic Oceans.
This small fish got its name because its head is like a horse’s head. Most seahorses are less than 15 centimeters (5.9 inches) long. They swim upright.
The seahorse feeds on shellfish and small sea animals. It uses its long snout to suck in its prey. Seahorses use camouflage to blend into their surroundings.

Seahorses use their long tails to hold on to underwater plants and coral.
